How can I pay for my order?

 

We accept PayPal payments, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Giro pay, Solo and Direct Debit

 

How do I know that you have received my order?

 

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation on screen and via Email.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

 

Yes you can add or subtract items from your order within 24 hours of purchase

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Yes you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

 

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

 

Contact us immediately about your issue stating your item number. After that return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

 

Can I exchange an item?

 

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at the moment

 

Returns

 

Returns Period

 

Please make sure we recieve your returned items, within 14 days from the day you recieve them, to be refunded in full via the original payment method. (We do not cover delivery charges) 

 

Proof of Purchase

 

No refund will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase. Once the item has been recieved please allow up to 14 days for a refund to reach your bank account.

 

Taking Care of Our Goods

 

You will naturally need to inspect or try on the products for size. However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchase, you have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please ensure you do not damage items (or packaging where it forms part of the goods, for e.g boxed garments and gift items) and if you wish to return anything, that it reaches us in perfect condition.

 

Where you fail to take responsible care of goods, whether whilst in your possesion or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you full, less or any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

 

Products that cannot be returned

 

The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Peirced earrings

  • Lingerie Underwear ( specifically panties, briefs, thongs)

International Returns

 

Complete the returns information on the despatch note and make sure to include it in your parcel before repacking.

 

Repack your parcel and attach the  address label (supplied with the despatch note) to the parcel.If you do not have the label anymore, the address for returns is: Beauty Masterpiece, 59 Jubilee House, Station Approach, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8JS,United Kingdom.It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase.

Ensure that you obtain proof of postage from the post office in case your parcel is lost in transit.

 

Taxes /Duties/Lost in transit

 

If you return your purchase to us from outside the UK, that this will be at your own risk. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxed incurred to return your purchase.

 

When will i be refunded

 

Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

 

 

DELIVERIES 

 

Where do you deliver to?

 

Parcels can be delivered anywhere in the UK including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

 

Delivery time

 

Deliveries times vary according to the item: 

 

  • Clothing and Jewellery - 5-7 days

  • Lingerie – 7-10 days (Custom orders can take up to 21 days)

  • Made to order Lingerie (up to 21 days to Make so pre-order if you're in a hurry)

  • Human Hair Weaves – 7-10 days (Hair Closures can take up to 21 days)

 

What if my parcel does not arrive?

 

We ask if you could patiently wait the required times to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.

 

International Deliveries

 

Taxes & Duties

 

Deliveries outside theUK are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from us.Please ensure that you enter the correct international delivery address and postcode. If the address is entered incorrectly or if customs duties or formal customs entry are required, the delivery may be delayed. We are unable to offer you any assistance if either issue arises.If the international delivery is outside the EU, is it advisable to keep your total basket value below the customs duty threshold of the destination country. Please check thresholds and duties for the international delivery address before placing an order.
