QUESTION 2 - HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECIEVED MY ORDER?

 

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation on screen and via Email.

QUESTION 3 - CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

 

Yes you can add or subtract items from your order within 24 hours of your purchase.

QUESTION 4 - CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 

Yes you can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase.

QUESTION 5 - WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

 

Contact us immediately about your issue stating your Item number. After that return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need thls as your proof of your return.
 

QUESTION 6 - CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
 

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at the moment. We only replace Items If they are defective or damaged.

QUESTION 8 - DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

Absolutely we ship worldwide. As long as you can provide a postal address then we will deliver to you.
