I'm a freelance photographer and Philip was recommend to me by a model and a friend of mine named Vivian. She was so impressed with his work when I mentioned redecorading my house for me and my wifes 10th anniversary she told me to get in contact with him. Philip is amazing and offers nothing short of great. He takes the time to explain and keeps his clients posted on what is going on. I'm an aspiring model and actress, so I spend a lot of time auditioning and modeling. My parents recently bought me a studio apartment and it really need a lot of work. I've been dragging my feet to get thing moving so I began searching for affordable handymen and my firend Chante recommended Philip. I have to admit if I've made one great decision this year its getting Philip to install a brand new air conditioning unit, remodeling and rewiring the electrical. I know if this was another company I would have paid a lot more than I did, but the work is simply the best without question and he is so efficent, thank you Philip Varnie.

My husband is away in the army so a lot of the times all the DIY jobs are down to me. It is extreemly difficult managing the home and raising my daughter all on my own. Philip has been amazing help and I'm glad I bumped into him whilst he was handing out flyers for his company. I called him a week later explained the problems I had around the house and he sat me down walked me through everything and told me how much it would cost. For me right now cost is a major factor in everything I do as it is just me and my daughter for the time being. I've had some work done in the past and they literally charged me an arm and a leg so it was a huge relief dealing with a professional of true understanding and family values. Philip has done the lawn, fixed my air conditioner, and assisted with minor plumbing work and the odd electrical problem here and there. He is affordable and completly professional so if you want a great handyman call Philip Varnie.

My wife Sally and I are in our 70's so house work is not quite what it use to be. I was quite the handyman in and around the home but age has taken a toll on me in recent years so a lot of the work I use to be able to carry out in the home has become increasingly harder as time has passed. It's quite the story of how Mr Varnie and myself were introduced. I was out side struggling to cut the hedges and I was on the verge of passing out when Philip spotted me as he walked by. Mr Varniehad just caught me in time and offered me a seat from his truck. He then called my wife Sally and she brought me some water. Mr Varnie took over my role and completed my hedges and also fixed an electrical problem we had with the porch light. Since then Philip Varnie is the only handyman I call if I need work done. We need more men and women like Philip, I will never forget his good deed and Sally and I are forever grateful.

At the beginning of this year I finally got the raise and big bonus I had been working for. I was finally able to purchase my first home and you would think after that its all smooth sailing. However for the most part the house was in pretty great condition minus the living room area, plumbing issues and the faulty air condition. This is where Philip Saah Varnie comes in and boy am I glad this recommendation really paid off! Mr Varnie was absolutely awsome he really gave me the dream start to a beautiful home by fully remodelling the living room to a complete 5 star standard in my eyes. The plumbing was a complete success and my once faulty air condition works like a new model. Philip Varnie was a revelation in getting my bathroom remodeled. The level of mannors and professionalism was there from begin to end. My whole world surrounds my clients, so being hands on around the house is not my forte. Mr Varnie was very patient and explained step by step the processes which would carried out, so I knew I was in safe hands the entire time.
